Cameron-Cole has been approached by clients to deliver specialized services to support the clients’ environmental management programs.  We have provided this outsourcing service for a variety of clients who face obstacles hiring the necessary assistance as regular staff adding to headcount and fixed costs.  These services include providing continuing access to a retired engineer, dedicated administrative support to relieve the client’s administrative burden, services of a licensed wastewater treatment operator to oversee a facility’s permit compliance, and others.

The benefits to the clients in these arrangements are numerous including moving costs from fixed to variable to meet variable demand for such skills; the client is able to select the specific expert to be engaged without hiring a 1099-contractor on an individual basis; and each outsource expert is covered under Cameron-Cole's master contract vehicle, insurance, and payroll programs thereby facilitating the engagement with very little administrative effort on the part of the client manager.  We have provided this service with both remote staff and staff working at the client’s facility.  In most of these assignments the staff member is solely dedicated to the client which provides responsiveness, flexibility, and development and use of the staff member’s institutional knowledge.
